Well, needless to say, I love juice. Tomato juice with celery salt, a dash of Tabasco sauce, and maybe just a tad of vodka. Wait, that's almost a Bloody Mary.
I actually love vegetable juices. There's something very satisfying about gulping down a glassfull of fiber and vitamins and not having to do the work of chewing and swallowing it.
As a child, I remember going to the local grocery store/ juice bar to have some fresh quince juice. Oh my goodness. It was heaven on earth. Imagine velvety, thick with pulp, sweet like honey, fragrant ambrosia coating your throat with majestic goodness. Unforgettable.
